The World Community Sin Moo Hapkido (WSMH) was established in May 2008 – it grew and developed out of the 2005 created and founded European Community Sin Moo Hapkido (ECSMH) which in term was under the umbrella of the European Sin Moo Hapkido Association (ESMHA) which was established as the first and major Sin Moo Hapkido Association (next to the Korea Sin Moo Hapkido Association) worldwide in 1990 on Dojunim Ji Han Jae’s request by Grandmaster Jürg Ziegler (Sin Moo Hapkido Pioneer for Europe, Middle East and Eurasien countries).

World Community of Sin Moo Hapkido (WSMH) is the official organization which is formed by people who are interested in Sin Moo Hapkido development and work under umbrella of its Technical Committee and its Chairperson Grandmaster Jürg Ziegler.

The purpose of this Community is the idea of close cooperation between people and organizations who are studying Sin Moo Hapkido worldwide. This idea was already born in 2002 during the establishment by Dojunim Ji Han Jae of the World Hapkido Association

The World Community is a non-political and non-commercial organization and is open for everybody who agrees with the rules of the Community.The head of the Community is the Technical Committee who solves all the questions of the development and cooperation. The World Community Sin Moo Hapkido unites the organizations who are developing Sin Moo Hapkido in different regions on their own decision to work together.
